The Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA), The Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIA SA), The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) and The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) are proud to announce a one day conference focusing on Governance themed ‘Sound Governance: A Competitive Advantage'.

The conference has been carefully structured to include presentations by leading practitioners and quality speakers. The programme will address governance, risk and audit committees and other practical, related topics.

The conference will be held on 17 May 2010 at the Sandton Convention Centre.
